Once a product has been handed over, delivered, or shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in checking products before delivery. Customers are requested to:
- Inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- Immediately report any physical damage or wrong item at the time of delivery.
Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.
Manufacturer Warranty
Although we do not offer returns or exchanges, many products are covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
- Warranty claims must be processed according to the brand’s authorized service center policies.
- Physical damage, burn, liquid damage, voltage fluctuation, or misuse voids warranty.
- IBA Computers is not responsible for delays from manufacturer service centers.

Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased.
- Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.
