At IBA Computers, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable service. This Replacement & Warranty Policy explains how product support, warranty coverage, and replacement requests are handled. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of technology products, all sales are final and we maintain a No Return – No Exchange rule once the product is sold, delivered, or shipped (refer to our Refund Policy).

However, if your purchased product has a verified manufacturing defect or was received incorrectly (wrong model/specification), we offer the following support:

1.1 Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests may be considered only IF the issue is due to a manufacturing defect that is confirmed by our inspection team, and is reported to us within 2 days of purchase or delivery.

Examples of qualifying issues include:

  • Product not powering on at all
  • Major functional malfunction that is clearly not caused by user misuse

1.2 Not Covered Under Replacement

We do not replace products for:

  • Change of mind, preference, or upgrade requests
  • Cosmetic variations or differences in packaging
  • Issues caused by misuse, physical/accidental damage, liquid spills, voltage issues, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging after delivery

1.3 Replacement Conditions

If eligible for replacement:

  • The replacement will be for the same model with identical specifications only.
  • Shipping charges related to returning or re-sending the product are typically borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Replacements are offered only if the exact same model is in stock.

2. Warranty Coverage

Many products we sell come with manufacturer warranty or brand warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and product type.

2.1 Manufacturer & Local Warranty

  • Products carrying warranty must be claimed according to the brand’s official warranty process.
  • Warranty duration and coverage are subject to the terms provided by the original manufacturer.
  • Warranty starts from the date the product is activated (where applicable) or from the date of purchase.

2.2 What Warranty Covers

Manufacturer warranty generally covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Hardware failures covered by the brand’s global/local warranty terms

2.3 What Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty will be void and not claimable for issues caused by:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)
  • Liquid damage or burns due to electrical faults
  • Opening or tampering with the device by an unauthorized person
  • Normal wear & tear (e.g., battery degradation)
  • Software issues, viruses, or corrupted data

2.4 Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty support:

  1. Contact us with your invoice/receipt and warranty documentation.
  2. Present the product for inspection.
  3. If the issue is covered under warranty, you will be directed to the brand’s authorized service center or manufacturer claim process.

Important: Warranty center processing times are determined by the manufacturer and may vary; IBA Computers is not responsible for any delays by third-party service centers.


3. Warranty Exclusions

The following are typically not covered even if the product technically has warranty:

  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, adapters
  • Batteries (normal depreciation over time)
  • Cosmetic issues
  • Software, operating system problems, corrupted files

4. Data Loss Disclaimer

During warranty servicing, the device may be reset, re-installed, or repaired by the manufacturer. IBA Computers is not responsible for any loss of data. Customers should back up important data before submitting a device for warranty service.


5. Understanding Warranty Start Date

For certain products (especially international warranty items), warranty may officially begin from the date the manufacturer first activated it. This may be different from the purchase date. However, we will assist customers in determining warranty validity.


6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing products from IBA Computers (in-store or online), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Replacement & Warranty Policy.
